Good therapist and outstanding author?

My best friend has been dealing currently with some serious emotional problems relatd to her private life and as I am trying to help her I am quite interested recently in the literature related to therapy, happiness, personal strength, etc.

I already found a valuable and inspirational book, written by Dr Janet Crain- "If you want an egg roll get out of the pizzeria", however I would be interested in reading more in this field.

I recommend you a lot a book of Dr Janet Crain and hope that we can share our experiences related to the books written by therapists under this topic!
