Has to be the Shannara series by Terry Brooks. Followed by the Sparhawk series by David Eddings. Close third would be the Harry Potter series. The Kiss River triology by Diane Chamberlain are definetly worth a read. Yes I do read a wide range of books.

I would have to say my favorite series is the flowers in the attic, petals in the wind and the prequel about the grandmother. I love V.C Andrews

For book - Lord of the Rings
For comics - Under Locke and Key (this one doesn't read like a comic. It reads like a great fiction formatted in a comic mold)

DIVERGENT!

I will read it over and over. I love the concepts throughout the books. They inspire me so very much.

I love The Lord of the Rings, Divergent, Harry Potter, the Bitterbynde Trilogy, Legendsong, Guildhunter, Ilona Andrews' Edge series and all of Tamora Pierce's series. However my all-time favourite would have to be Anne Bishop's Black Jewels series, for the incredible world-building; there is so much insight into not only the historical emergence of the society but also its moral development. And of course, the characters are awesome.

Harry Potter immediately comes to mind. I love those books. I also really love the Artemis Fowl books, and the Evil Genius trilogy by Catherine Jinks. I really love series, except for when I take a long break between reading them and I forget what happened in the last book.

I used to read so many of her books. Really emotional. Have you read the Mercy books? Angel of Mercy and Angel of Hope? Those are my favorites of her's, I've read them several times.
