Patrick Carman is by far one of my favorite authors, he uses a unique blend of writing and online videos to really make the readers feel connected to the story.
I know of two of his book series that do this, Trackers and Skeleton Creek, in the books are codes given to the readers by the main characters who supposedly posted them, and you can go online and watch these characters from the stories acting and expanding onto what's happening in the novel.
I think that that whole thing is completely awesome, albeit I will admit that the acting isn't academy award worthy.
What I want is for you to give your thoughts about this interesting way of storytelling.
