I think Rowling can really only be described as a major fall from grace. Perhaps she got a little too comfortable with her fame- sharing opinions when they aren't invited can be lethal to careers nowadays. This does seem like the biggest factor to her downfall after looking over her twitter and socials.

Rowling who has exceptionally established herself in the writing world can be described, well metaphorically, as a fall from grace to grass. The Harry Potter franchise was stunning, and lest we forget the mind-blowing book that came right after, Fantastic Beasts. Rowling's ordeal, to be most sincere, is letting her societal views clash with her author profile, which as we all have seen, has proved a major downfall.

I used to love this woman, since she created the entire series. Now I just don’t want to buy anything new, not even the illustrated editions that I love because I don’t want to give my money to her anymore. Anybody else like this?
No, because she has stated, quite correctly, that women and girls are having their sex-based protections eroded. She doesn't think that male rapists have a place in women's prisons. Neither do I.
