SL Baum is the author of a YA dystopian series called The Lush Series. The way she writes is amazing to me. i typically read these types of books with my children during our reading time (yes I am that mom 
) and she just has a way to pull my littles in and enjoy every bit of the book. We also like to look up the author and find out a little about them. Well come to find out she has a social internet site and is very down to earth and even took a little time out of her day while writing to chat with us. These are the type of authors that I like!!
