Sidney Sheldon

Post by TusharJoshi »

Life is like a novel. It is filled with suspense. You have no idea what is going to happen until you turn the page - Sidney Sheldon in his autobiography The Other Side of Me.
I was a 14-year-old kid when I read my first Sidney Sheldon book. 'If Tomorrow Comes' was a book that hooked me up from the very beginning. I liked his idea of having a female protagonist that could overcome every curveball that life threw at her. The twists at the end of every part of the book, acted as a cherry on the top of the cake.
I couldn't wait to get my hands on his other works once I finished this gem. Nothing Lasts Forever, Tell Me Your Dreams, Master Of The Game, were some of his best works that I read. When I read Bloodline, I knew that I needed to have every single book of his in my collection. It has been more than a decade since I became a fan of The Master Of Suspense. Every book written by him, including his autobiography, sits in my bookshelf like a prized possession.
His books have been an amazing ride and have always acted as a gold standard for suspense-thrillers.
When did you come across his work? Which book of his appeals to you the most? Would love to hear from you all about this amazing writer!
