Robert Crais

Post by canning+ »

Recently introduced to a "new to me" author, Robert Crais. Two characters dominate the books (that I have read so far), Elvis Cole, a wisecracking private eye and his enigmatic partner, Joe Pike. Great romping reads for Summer!

Have become a huge fan of Cole and Pike, courtesy of Robert Crais.

Up until a year or two ago I really only tended to read non fiction, but I discovered fiction and along the way, the work of Crais. I like the way Crais keeps it fairly real. Many authors of the same, or similar genre, tend to jump the shark now and again and that loses me pretty quickly.
