Barbara Wood is my favorite all-time author. Her two most recent books, Rainbows on the Moon and The Serpent and the Staff are both very good reads. I have read all of her books and with a couple of exceptions, I have kept them as books to read again and again. If you like reading books with a historical backdrop, about women facing diversities and triumphing over their destinies, you will enjoy Barbara Wood's talent for writing.
