Just finished reading Catch 22 by Joseph Heller and really enjoyed it, just wondering if anyone had read any of his other novels and if so what did you think?

I was going to say almost exactly that! To me, Heller was a one-book author. Catch-22 was full of ideas. Something Happened was just everyday life, narrated without much skill. And it was sad, too.PhotonicGuy wrote:I've read "Something Happened". Didn't like it as much, but it has very good parts; some parts are boring though.

Well, I hope Google didn't tell you the ending too!Perrywinkle47 wrote:Okay.. yeah I just googled the details. It says that the events are told from different character's point of view.. seems interesting

Yes. I'm in training for my next job as an oracle that mystifies rather than enlightening.Fran wrote:C0ldf1re ... so glad you did not answer that question - I have the book on my shel for years & am determined to read it before the end of 2010C0ldf1re wrote:I've forgotten...Perrywinkle47 wrote:Haha!
