Has anyone else read his books?
This man's philosophy on food changed the way I eat. I have greatly eliminated processed food and increased my vegetables. I cook so many things homemade now. I only eat meat raised in an environmentally friendly and respectful way. I've reduced my portions and my sugar intake. In addition, I've learned so much about our industrial food system and how what we eat is making us sick.
