I like Sue Grafton's Kinsey Millhone mystery series. She combines great characters with great writing, all while keeping the plot moving along at a brisk pace.

I also love to read series. One of my favorites is the Cedar Cove series by Debbie Macomber. I am so excited they are making that into a television series. I also love the series by Nora Roberts. She has a lot of them and they are all good. I also like her In Death series of mysteries she writes as J.D. Robb.
