I just finished reading John's first book "When The Drums Cried" and, suffice to say, I really hope that he continues producing books of such high quality. His personal story is one of a storybook itself; he was a real life crocodile hunter in the Solomon Islands! Two of his short stories were also featured in Canadian Voices: Volumes I & 2.
