I have never really been the type to love business books cause they all sound quite too boring especially with the whole plans & calculations but this one here kept my attention going …
With the different stories, it was able to re-excite one’s brain

This is an excellent review of Puk Time – The People I Met at the Puk! You've really captured the essence of what makes this book both informative and enjoyable. I particularly appreciate how you highlighted that the book offers more than just business advice, delving into Myanmar's history and culture through personal, humorous anecdotes.
Your point about the initial contextualization being "really important" is spot on; it sounds like it perfectly sets the stage for Mr. John's experiences. The fact that the lessons, though seemingly business-oriented, are applicable to "other parts of our lives" also speaks to the book's broader appeal. It's clear this was a thoroughly enjoyable and insightful read for you.

I would appreciate it if Jonathan Paul would write more of its kind.
