It’s disappointing to hear about the lack of depth in the character development in “Prevarication.” Given the potential complexity of the characters like Justin and his mother Kimberly, it seems like a missed opportunity to enhance the narrative.

The unpredictability and creative execution of the sex scenes sound intriguing. It's good to know about the minor issues with the plot and characterization as well. Overall, it seems like an engaging read for fans of erotic novels and BDSM.

"Prevarication: Deceitfully Yours" by Monica L. Smith explores the hidden desires and complexities within Jessica Milner, a nursing student who finds herself drawn to a more daring side of romance. Though Jessica has a seemingly perfect relationship with her boyfriend Justin, an unexpected encounter with her pharmacology teacher reveals an appetite for the world of BDSM. The novel delves into Jessica's journey of self-discovery, temptation, and the consequences of exploring a part of herself she never knew existed. A story filled with intrigue, passion, and the risks of forbidden attraction.

Thank you for this beautiful review! The book sounds interesting and unique, I'd love to give it a try. I don't have much experince with this genre, so it would be adventurous.
