This doesn't sound like a book I would enjoy due to the themes covered. Thanks for your review.

I will not be reading this book even though it seems interesting. I don't feel comfortable with the theme of the book and the sexual content. Nice review.

It seems like a coming-of-age story about self-discovery, acceptance, and support. Congratulations on Book of the Day!

It seems the author has tackled some very controversial issues in this book and seeks to provide some answers for people who may be struggling with these issues. However, the subject matter does not interest me.

There I was reading the review and imaging how true it can be for one to have both male and female features. Interesting. Nice review.

Thanks for this amazing review. This is not my kind of book, but I need to know if Marci's past will affect her. Weldone.

A story that deals with self-discovery in its broadest sense. It looks like a book that may be useful for those who can identify with the story. Thanks for this interesting review.

The themes of grief and sexual identity seem like an intriguing read. I would want to know what caused Marc to want to become Marci. Thanks for the review.

From the cover of the book I interpreted it as a normal romantic love story. But from the review I understand it as the transition of a man to a woman and the love, friendship and other complications that follows in her life. It is a very gripping plot. Thanks for the great review.

I love the storyline in this book and am curious about how Marc evolved into Marci. I applaud the author for addressing the plight of not identifying with the gender you were born with. Thanks for the detailed review.

The sample reading was captivating and well written. So I was surprised from reading the review that the storyline heads in a completely different direction than I had expected. As this novel doesn't really correlate with my beliefs or interests, I will pass on this one. Thank you for the informative review.

Interesting. I wonder if that two female characters take major part on his transition, what was their intention? Actually, I would like to know more about their background. He had a great lost and they help him to get a huge move on that way. No hate with the issue. But what if he just met the wrong person at the wrong moment? Anyway, sexual content is not my thing. Thank you for nice review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting and different romance story about how Marc, after suffering from a series of tragedies, travels to England where he realizes that he wants to be a woman permanently and chooses to become Marci. When she returns home to the US, while she find her love, marry and then have the children she wants? While it might not be for everyone, it might be worth a second look. Well done.
