Definitely the book sounds interesting, but I am a bit unsure that I will like it, because I doubt my ability to understand all this "taking on company" business as it is not my area of expertise. Still, the character's relationships are intriguing and I will enjoy reading how the story is going to end. Congratulations with BOTD!

Nice review. I like books that feature a lot of dialogue, the way this one starts, particularly if it rings true and comes across as believable speech. I read the sample provided, but the story never caught my interest, so I'll take a pass.

What an amazing review. Friends are very important and we all need great friendships as there is a lot of great things that come with it. Personally, some of the great memories that I have are from the encounters that I had with my friends. Thanks for the amazing review.

I find "Anatomy of Revenge" worth reading as it touches on societal issues and explores good themes of love, family, respect, and, more importantly, friendship. Building healthy and sustaining relationships is hard for many people, but they can take lessons from the book. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

This novel is a suspenseful thriller set in a coal mining town in West Virginia. It follows two teenage girls as they grow up, experiencing the joys of family, friendship, and work. However, their lives take a dark turn when one of them becomes involved with the Union Coal Company, leading to accusations of fraud. A former suitor, James, now a prosecutor, is assigned to her case, and the story unfolds as we wonder if she will be found guilty or acquitted. The novel also explores the cultural changes from the 1950s to the 1970s, highlighting shifts in work hours and wages that enabled new lifestyles.

"Anatomy of Revenge" by Fred Grace. An interesting book, talks about the importance of true friendship and how they can be there during our ups and downs. The characters in the passage expresses the advantage of companionship and trust in a relationship. Which most of us individual are yet to have. I like the author's writing style and ability to give out details on each of the characters. Congrats on your #BOTD.

The introduction of a conspiracy involving Suzanne raises many questions. What is the nature of the conspiracy? What will happen to Suzanne as a result. The juxtaposition of Jessie's career as a prosecutor with Suzanne's work at the coal company is thought-provoking. Will their different career paths lead to conflict in the future?

I personally think that different personality and views shouldn't be a reason why a true friendship should end and that you ought to learn how to accommodate people. I want to commend you for giving an honest review. well done

I was initially not interested in this book because it was under the “romance “ genre. After reading the sample and your excellent review, I want more! Maybe I’ll expand my horizons after all! 😁
