You have me intrigued. I think this may actually be my next read!
I'm still trying to process why liking hip-hop would have anything to do with liking the book.... but I love all music so, I'm down!

Good review, thank you. :)

Through "The Cackling of Crows," Wickham brings together these elements of nostalgia, suspense, and romance in a new and refreshing way. The luminosity of the narrator and hip-hop music critiques by the author are dazzling. Congrats on #BOTD!

Why are there Wolverine's claw marks all over the cover?! Ok, just kidding, but as for many modern person three parallel dents ring this particular bell and this also explains why I will have to pass this book, since the romance genre doesn't hold much interest to action and adventure fans. Apologies and congratulations on BOTD!

‪This is a page turner book. A journey back to Brooklyn in the days when hip hop was young and friendships and love and music played an integral part in lives. I enjoyed it from page to page‬

"The Cackling of the Crows" by Neal Sellers follows Gregory Que's encounters with crows, weaving them into his romantic life with four women. Que's charming narration, sprinkled with humor and educational tidbits, keeps readers engaged. While the storyline occasionally diverges, the book is well-edited and captivating, deserving a 5-star rating. This is a very informative and honest review. Thank you.

It's intriguing how these seemingly mundane occurrences are woven into a larger narrative of love, secrets, and self-discovery. The contrasting elements of romance and suspense, coupled with the educational insights sprinkled throughout, suggest a thought-provoking read that's both entertaining and enlightening.

It's an interesting name for a book I must say. I'm not really one for romances but I think I'll give this a try as there is so much to it seems. I'm curious if Que figures out why the crows are always there, when something happens. Thanks for a detailed review. Congrats on BOTD.

I'm a avid romance novel reader, so I know I'm going to enjoy going on this dating experience with Que. I would love to see how the author connects Que's love life to the crows he always happen upon. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

This review is comprehensive and covers various aspects of the book, especially the conversational element. I appreciate the reviewer's emphasis on the flawlessness and humor of the book, which encourages readers to want to read it. Congratulations on the BOTD award. This is my first time coming across a book that tells something about crows. The reviewer has recommended this book to those who love reading romance genre books.
