I love fantasy books and the premise of this book is quite interesting also I am really intrigued by the addition of a mating curse on Cole. This is going to be a good read. Thanks for the review.

''NYT Bestselling Author" caught my eye. "Mate or die" was another come-on. However, the sample, while mostly error-free, failed to rouse the animal in me. I found the action a bit slow.

I am glad you had a good time with the book though, Ellieonline! I would presume the story picks up after Cole is hurt in the bomb explosion, and Tess returns to restore his health and his heart.

I probably will not read Gray Wolf Mate by Dianna Love because the paranormal is not of interest to me.

My personal preference is not any kind of romance story typically, but I do like the magical creatures mentioned in the review. The shape shifter characters seem interesting especially with them shifting into different types of animals. I’ll have to add this to my maybe list. Thanks for the comprehensive review.

Eternal plot of star-crossed lovers in paranormal setting. So this book hardly can be named original, but rather never gone out of fashion. Personally I was strongly reminded of Charlaine Harris The Southern Vampire Mysteries series. My only hope it won't turnes out just as smutty.

I read the sample pages of this one, and like you, I was surprised at some of the unique twists that were put into the storyline. This is not my genre of choice, but from your review it sounds like the author weaves together a rather compelling storyline to get Cole and Tess back together. The variety of animals in the story does seem to set up quite a long line of various storylines in the future. I will have to reconsider my attitude on the genre. Thanks for the insightful review.

Being able to shift into a range of animals is certainly an interesting concept for this book! I agree with you that there so many paranormal romance stories with similar concepts. I'm glad this one stands out.

I like the idea of having non-wolf shifters, but their inclusion makes me a bit curious as to what the author's rationale was in making the main character a wolf shifter, which is pretty standard.

Thanks for review of very much magnetic story about Tess and Cole, both of them in love with each other. Even when Cole knows about fatal curse, he makes up mind to meet Tess. This really shows how deep the love each other

I'm really happy to hear that the author portrays strong females. I'm also glad that shifters can be anything, not just wolves or felines. I'll add this to my TBR pile.

Paranormal lovers and in this case, there is a mating curse. Well, I may not be into these books on paranormal love. Nevertheless, I have enjoyed reading your review.
I just hope the mating curse does not mean the end of one's life after the whole episode of mating.
