Your review was good anyway!
It is in the romance genre, but it had a lot more real life than romance! I gravitate to non-fiction books, and this wasn’t too much of a stretch, actually.

espo wrote: 25 Mar 2020, 09:43 I loved your summary of this book. I did not read it, but I think you gave a very nuanced and accurate picture of Callie's thought process. It's clear that the author did an awesome job of developing the characters. Too bad about the punctuation issues. Thank you for your thorough and enjoyable review!
The author developed the characters very well. I gravitate towards non-fiction books, and I challenged myself to read different genres occasionally. I really enjoyed this escape to the East Coast. Thanks for stopping by! I appreciate your visit.

Right! I guess if they are “the one,” you never forget about them. Thanks for stopping by!

I hope you check it out! I really enjoyed this book. The challenges that the characters faced were relatable, especially to empty nesters (or those soon to be). Thanks for your comment!

Fifty something still thinking or checking out her old love? Just crazy. But isn't that what unhappiness can cause? I would love to read the book if for nothing, to find out what happened. Wonderful review, thank you.

The story moved along quickly. Everything happened (or didn’t :shhh:) all in one weekend.

It’s amazing what you will put up with for your kids, and once they’re grown, you have to re-evaluate things. I don’t read many romance novels, but I truly enjoyed this one. There were several times when I had to just stop and take a deep breath before I continued. Thanks for stopping by. I hope you check out the book.
