The book is a romantic novel, vesting April and Mitchell in their young age, nurture their love story while studying. They, while moving to higher studies, had to depart. The plot possibly brings them together. Great review, Deepa. Thanks,

From the review, this sounds like a lovely book. However, since modern teenage romances are not my thing, I'll take a pass. But from the pages of the book that I read, I could tell that the author has a great ear for the spoken word as the dialogue was excellent. I hope that Ms. Ferr finds an audience that will enjoy her novel and I congratulate her on achieving BOTD honors!

Thank you, Deepa, for making me want to read the book despite recent heartbreak. Your review evokes a time when love is fresh and mattered. It's a good reminder of all the walls some of us erect after the first crushing breakup.

I think thirteen is too young to know the difference between puppy love and real love. I am glad to see that the book spans through her older years. Thank you for your view.

I don't really enjoy reading love stories, so I don't think this one is for me. Congrats though!

This story revolves around 13-year-old April and her journey through her adolescent years into adulthood. She slowly discovers who she is and what she wants her future to be. Her character is nicely developed throughout the book, and I expect her story will bring back some memories for many readers. I enjoyed the review which bought out the salient points of this novel.

A passionate and exciting love story in the book "April's Heart" by Shilah Ferr, which focuses on a young girl, April Schweiter, and her exciting journey from adolescence to adulthood with a wonderful love life. The book appears quite appealing to me.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

Oh, this sounds like a refreshing change of pace from other published mainstream romance stories. I like that there are songs incorporated into the story, along with links added. Thanks for the review.

'April's Heart' sounds like a passionate love story. It seems a bit cliche for me, but I'm that's because Romance isn't my favorite genre. Thanks for your wonderful review.

I don't usually read romances, but teenagers will probably be drawn to April and Mitch's love story. I wonder if the erotic scenes aren't too explicit for teenagers, though. Thanks for your review!

This is an interesting fiction story highlighting teenage life, romance, ups and downs, and the life of an interesting protagonist. The book is temporarily free on Amazon Kindle and has an inciteful-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats @FerrShilah on the BOTD selection.
