I actually prefer dark romance probably because it makes romance more spicy and intense. Yeah

As for me, I love reading dark angsty romance. The angst in them makes it more interesting than the light fluffy romance.

It depends on my mood. I don't know about anyone else, but I use light, fluffy novels to reset my mood when life is crappy. I do generally prefer darker ones.

Personally I love both light and dark romance but something about dark romance just catches my attention.

I love light and fluffy but I'd really be curious to read about dark romance and a little of historical ones.

It depends on how I feel, depnding on my emotions on that day/time a light, fluffy romance book is what I want but other times a good dark romance book. I also love historical romances, basically anything that has to do with romance but preferably the happy ending ones.

Dark romance with a ,secrets, history, they are very interesting. And the characters go through a lot to a happy ending, though not a fairy tale kind a realistic ending.

I love, love paranormal romance (vampires, shapeshifting, magical) because I can get lost in the story and characters that are so unlike many of the other romance novels. There are some really great paranormal romance authors as well: Kenyon, Ward, Feehan just to name a few.

At the moment I have been reading a lot more erotica reverse harem and some of those are dark romance where others are more light and fluffy, but I do tend to go towards the darker romance.

I love to read both dark romance and fluffy romance! Just depends what I'm in the mood for. Usually dark romances are a bit heavier so if I'm looking for something quick and easy to read, I'd probably go for a fluffy romance.

I've always loved a good cliche romance book with all the fluff it could possibly have. However, now and then when I'm looking for something different I love to go for a dark romance with really complex, sometimes even unlikable, characters.

For me, it honestly depends on my mood. I really enjoyed the Ryan series by Sadie Kincaid, but I also love the Nocturne Falls series by Kristen Painter. They are on completely opposite side of the romance spectrum.
