I'm not positive, but I don't think this would qualify as reflective fiction. The author wasn't personally reflecting on the meaning of what happened during the book. She was just describing what happened and the character's thoughts about each other. Thanks for stopping by!Hyacinth Bella wrote: ↑02 Jun 2022, 13:58 Thank you for such a detailed review! I do love office romance books (it's a funny statement to comment because I ADORE romance books) but I think a badly written or executed plot is not something I enjoy when it comes to books. I think this could count as reflective fiction? But I need to read it first to find out if it could qualify as that. Sad to hear that you did not enjoy this one much.((

I prefer suspenseful books as well. However, as you said, romance lovers could still enjoy this novel. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!thuriya albayaa wrote: ↑10 Jun 2022, 10:33 I know I do not enjoy plots that lack intrigue, and I always seem to get bored if the book is not gripping. For this reason, I will skip this one, but I can see how lovers of romance would enjoy it if its errors are corrected. You did a great job describing the book. Thank you for the insightful review!

I like the title of the book as well. I think just sharing one character's thoughts would add another dimension to the story. Thanks for reading my review!Kavita Shah wrote: ↑11 Jun 2022, 05:53 The title – School Days, School Daze has a nice ring to it. I agree on the point of sharing only one of the characters thoughts to make it more intriguing. Thank you for a nice review!
