A dystopian romance tale revolving around a corrupt Regime who controls all aspect of life, even love, sounds good. The only way to avoid arranged marriages is by participating in the government-sponsored TV show. The paranormal undertones makes it even more intriguing. Too bad about the awkward sentences and the poor editing. Thank you for the review.

This is a nice story. It is quite unique especially on the part of handling World War III. The story is also very captivating. I guess the story could have been better had some of the words used as stated above be replaced.

While I love dystopian novels, I am not the biggest fan of romance genre. The premise seems interesting, but from your review I've learned that the story focuses on the love and relationship sides, not exploring the regime makeup or the underlying conflicts, so unfortunately I'm going to pass this. Thanks for this detailed review, though.

Honestly, I don't enjoy dystopian novels. I do, however, have a soft spot for romances so I'm in a dilemma with this book.
I think it's interesting the author presents both genders point of view, it might help to give the reader a much more complete perspective of the story.
Your review is very thorough and I liked that you shared your personal experience with the book, as well as a few examples.

Sounds too much like a lot of other dystopian books I've seen and read. I'll pass on this one, but thanks for your review.

I'd like to read how the book will differentiate between love and lust.

Wow, this sounds amazing - I love dystopian fiction and a religious dictatorship sounds terrifying yet fascinating. Thanks for your review.

Thank you for the honest review! Personally, I find that I have to be in the right frame of mind to take on a dystopian novel because contemplating the possible dark future of the human race can sometimes be depressing! So if I’m going to read a book like this, I definitely need to wait until at least after the holidays 😉

Sounds really interesting to read about a love in a dystopian society. Reminds me of 1984 and of the series The Hunger Games because of the TV reality show.

This is a Dystopian romantic thriller with love, lust, temptation and redemption. I rated the book 4 out of 4 stars. The book is free on amazon Kindle and has an inciteful onlinebookclub review that highlighted the best the book had to offer. Congrats @BandyTruly for the BOTD.

Great review. I am a big fan of dystopian fiction. This dystopian, post WWIII, dictator world sounds chilling. Ahile romance usually shows up in dystopian novels I rarely see it as a main theme as find this difference intriguing. Thanks so much for sharing.

Oooh, dystopian romance? Sounds different and fun. I would never pass down a good fantasy romantic novel.

Thank you for your informative review. However, I am not a fan of dystopian, nor paranormal books so I think I will have to pass on this one.

Your review makes this book sound appealing, but I am very picky when it comes to romance :D :D . I will definitely still give it a read though.

Based on the review I am not sure if this book is for me. I greatly dislike reading books with poor editing or a bad writing style. I am also not a fan of dystopian stories. I do like to read romance. I think I will pass on reading this book.
