So intense, such a unique swirl! Romantic setup with both leads thrilling and a lady full of suspense, mmhh. Definitely a good go to ride for an adrenaline kick but someday, just not today. Today is a day of sad and sappy for me.

This story portrays a literary agent, Zia Lennox who’s in love triangle with a charming investment attorney, Bryce Fink.
This book has heavy romance , murder and suspense to keep the tension high .

Chameleons are reptiles that have a capability of changing colors. They hide their true nature and mix with the crowd. The name of the book subtly hints that no one is as they seem to be. People can have a different side to them that may not be yet revealed to you. Zia Lennox, or Just Zia as Bryce calls her has sworn off love but life is not what you want it to be. And there are twists and turns. What will happen when she finds herself in center of a love triangle?
A romantic thriller that has you captivated from the start.

Wow, sounds like a bit of an intimidating read! I am a fan of lusty love stories, but the dark crime aspect might be too frightening for me... Then again, I like a strong female character who can fend for herself and Zia sounds like that character. Thank you for your thoughtful and honest review!

I am not a big fan of romance. But seemingly this one includes much more than that, and I would like to give it a try. Congratulations on being BOTD

This seems to be a dark thriller mixed with romance. I am not a fan of romantic triangles, but the story does seem to move past that in to a more darker storyline with a serial killer.

Well, I am officially hooked! The book's sample was wonderfully and vividly written, as you described, and the characters seem strong. A dark romance is exactly what I need right now, so I'll be adding this to my shelves. Thank you for the captivating review!

Sounds like an intriguing read. I enjoy romance books and the idea of reading the mind of a serial killer does sound interesting, yet dark. However, you have mentioned things that would put me off reading the book. Thanks so much for the thorough and interesting review.

I must say, your review has me intrigued! Romance novels aren't really my thing, but the way you describe the viewpoint shifting to the mind of the serial killer, and the protagonist falling in love with someone with dark secrets all sounds very mysterious and thrilling.

Thanks! :tiphat:
