The review provided valuable insights. The book appears to be both captivating and distinctive, weaving together the author's romantic experiences and the narratives of four significant women. Excited to explore its pages and discover the treasures the author has in store.

Seems like the author of the book really knows how to keep the reader engaged. He also wants to not only tell a story but also educate.

The reviewer did a commendable work!
I liked so many things about this book's review, "The Cackling of the Crows" by Neal Sellers; The reviewer tells us that it involves jokes, teachings and romance. But it looks like a mystery book because of the presence of crows at the beginning. But how does the topic " The Cackling of the Crows" relate to a romance story.. I'm interested to read it and know how Que's love life is related to the crows.

Nice review! Crows are generally considered a sign of something bad that is going to happen, sometimes death. This book sounds like it is unique in it's narrative.

This book feels like a series of stories focused mostly on relationships between Que and four women; the sudden appearances of crows around relevant events in Que's life add mystery and make you want to figure it out: How are crows and Que related?

I wonder if Que ever finds out what the crows he keeps seeing mean, or what they knew that he didn't know. I hate hip-hop and I'm the wrong audience for this book. It seems there are many good points, e.g. learning new things, jokes and interesting narrative, for readers who like romance and hip-hop. Thank you for the review.

This review by Chris Alex Powell of "The Cackling of the Crows" by Neal Sellers gives a clear picture of the main character, Que, and his encounters with crows, which adds an intriguing element to the story. The reviewer appreciates the conversational tone of the book and the humor injected throughout, making it engaging and relatable. They also highlight the educational aspects, such as clarifying terms like psychology and psychiatry, which adds value to the reading experience. However, they note some challenges with the story's structure, as it shifts between different topics and relationships, occasionally causing confusion. Despite this, the reviewer praises the overall editing quality and gives the book a perfect rating of 5 out of 5, recommending it to romance enthusiasts and hip-hop fans alike.

Gregory Que's wry observations and inner monologues, punctuated by the recurring presence of crows, make for a reading experience that is both charming and thought-provoking.

The addictive factor is piquing my interest. But is it possible? It isn't alcohol right? :no-spoil:

Well I know psychology and psychiatry is different, but that's it.

I've feeling you could be correct with the narration.

I was unable to download a sample read. As a result, my feedback is based on the book description found on Amazon and the OBC review.
The book cover doesn't fit the romantic theme. The OBC assessment offers insight on the setting and highlights the intriguing (crow) link. This narrative will appeal to fans of the genre who like surprises. Congratulations on the BOTD!

Sellers has a true gift for casual storytelling that draws you into Que's romantic entanglements and philosophical musings with wit and heart. While the nonlinear structure can be disorienting at times, it adds to the dreamlike quality of being inside Que's captivating mind.

The Cackling of the Crows feels like a late-night conversation with your most fascinating friend – rambling yet profound, hilarious yet melancholic. Neal Sellers' prose has an effortless flow and intimacy that immediately puts you at ease, even as Que's narrative twists and turns through a labyrinth of love affairs, existential crises, and personal revelations.
