Lost and Love: Thailand is the first in the Lost and Love series by Stella Knights. Published in May 2019, Lost and Love: Thailand is a modern-day romance novel with a practical approach to the complexities of marriage and life in general. Told in a first-person perspective by the central character, Savannah, the story pursues her life at a duration where she's seeming to grapple with feeling mundane in her life.

Savannah has been with Johnny for ten years. While the inception of their relationship was enchanting and full of mind-blowing sex and complete companionship, things have started cooling off as their life has taken on more of a roommate type of atmosphere. They aren't necessarily unhappy with each other, but more so seeming to be in a dull place. Between their work schedules and typical day-to-day, Savannah is searching for something to spark their marriage back up. What more satisfying way to bring in some excitement than to take a vacation and explore some fantasies that they've never even discussed with each other. Will Savannah and Johnny be able to rekindle that fire they formerly welcomed, or will they abruptly realize that some fantasies should never be explored?

Savannah's character was certainly someone that I felt I could relate to comfortably throughout the complete novel. While she's doing everything she can think of try to produce some excitement back into her marriage, it's unquestionably discouraging to see her husband's lack of appreciation. Lost and Love: Thailand was such a relatable story to me, as it seems like Savannah's emotions encircling her recent troubles with her husband were so well-written that they were based on real scenarios.

Along with such an engaging storyline, the passion felt within the intimate scenes of the story were sexy and sinful in such a delightful way. The editing for the book also seemed professionally done, allowing me an opportunity to savor the story without any grammatical or spelling errors to stumble across. I must give a reader's discretion warning due to the explicit sexual scenes and language within the story.

With remarkable characters and an even more extraordinary storyline, I'm so pleased to rate Lost and Love: Thailand 4 out of 4 stars. I would sincerely recommend this story to any of my fellow readers who enjoy a good climactic romance novel. At over 400 pages, I wouldn't consider this one to be a swift read, though it seems like I struggled with putting it down once I began. The only criticism I have with the story is that I was unable to find the second book, likely because it is yet to be released! Savannah's story in book one concluded with a significant cliffhanger that I can't wait to find out more about.

I can't believe this novel was 400 pages! The storyline and characters were so engaging that it felt like much less. I agree that the emotional disconnect between Savannah and her husband will probably feel relatable to many readers. It was so well written and gave me the impression that the author is using personal experiences to write from the heart.

Oh my, such an expressive romance novel. Its this novel that glued me to my chair to midnight. It's a love dillema kind of story that is true in "day to day " live. Wonderful review you did.

Thanks for the review. I'm considering reading this book but I hate dramas. Your review made me think twice. I think it's a great read.
