Heartaches 2 : By H.M. Irwing

This is the second book in the bad boy vibes series. In the first book Anna Simmons was introduced and she was a girl that lived with her mother and step-brother. She ended up trying to get rid of problems that her ex-boyfriend Matt brought on. Then she met Rafe Brown and found out they have the same problems, so they decided to move away together. Rafe and Anna are trying to get justice for the horrible things that happened to both of them.

The start of the second book continues the fight they were planning at the end of the first book. Anna was nervous about how the fight was going to go between Rafe and Eric , she also didn’t like how close they would be to each other. It was finally time and Anna was waiting to see how the fight would play out. She was trying to be there for Rafe, but she didn’t want to see him lose because he needed to win to finally be rid of Eric and all of his games. At last at the end of the fight, he didn’t like how it ended after all Eric did to him, he felt like there should’ve been more for everything Eric did to him.

Rafe was finally able to start working through his problems and now it was time for Anna to start to try and work through her problems. She wanted to confront them head on so that’s exactly what she did. Then of course something they weren’t expecting happened, and they weren’t sure how to handle it. Anna and Rafe thought things would get better for them but sometimes things never turn out the way you want them too. They also realized you can’t try and run away from your problems cause they always end up following you. Rafe finds out some very interesting things about his life that are unbelievable. Anna and Rafe meet an interesting woman that’s willing to help them with their problems.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 because I thought it was well written. I also loved how even tho this is the second book of the series, the story continues to get more interesting and keeps surprising me. I’m glad I decided to continue reading this second book in the series.

I would recommend anyone that loves to read romance book and books that keep you wanting to read more to read this book. I wouldn’t recommend anyone too young to read this book because it does have some cuss words in the book. It also have some sex scenes in the book, so I would recommend you be an appropriate age to read this series. In my opinion this book is better than the first one.
