One Way Or Another is a romance and about sisterly love. The main character of the first in a quartet is Calder. Calder is not your typical rich girl. She loves her sisters and her mother. She has created her own non-profit charity helping children in need. When Calder meets Adam outside a bar and insults her taste in men, she thinks she has seen the last of him. Adam and Calder literally run into each other several times. After the 3rd time, Calder does not hide her attraction to Adam any longer. Calder is kind and does not judge Adam because he does not come from money. Adam is so dreamy and always says the right thing. Is he for real? Is he as good as he seems? Or is there a chink in his seem to be too shiny armor?

Mary J. Williams captures your attention from the first paragraph. Calder and Adam have a love story that makes you cry and smile and hope. You cannot help but fall in love with this couple.

What I like most about One Way Or Another is how close the sisters are. Most of them still live together in a mansion and have a private sitting area for private sister meetings. If one of them needs something, they are right there for each other. The girls’ foolish and delusional mother causes some bumps in the road. Will they preserver?

What I disliked the most about this story is the bad guys. LOL Which is the point. You are supposed to hate them. No, I loved everything about this story. Mary J. William, you know what you are doing.

There is some profanity at a 3 on a scale between 0-5. There were also some suggestive language and mild erotic scenes about a 3 between 0-5. Because of this I would not recommend this story for anyone under 18. You can feel the passion between Adam and Calder. Anyone who loves a good love story read this book. If you would like to be transported into a love story, I would recommend you read this book.

One Way Or Another was obviously professionally edited. It was very beautifully written. No typos, misspellings, or grammatical errors. This 29 Chapter, 411-page love portal is a gem. I rate it 4 out of 4 stars. I enjoyed reading this book immensely and I cannot wait to read the other 3 books in this series of The Sisters Quartet. I want to fall in love with them over and over.
