I love cooking shows, so this book already has the right setting for me. I wonder if being honest will give the reaction needed or expected. I like that humor is used, for me it's an important element in a book.

The review was very insightful and concise. I think I might give this book because I too believe that honesty is pivotal and people are attracted to people who are themselves.

I already love the plot of this book; Atlas thinks he can cheat his way through a cooking competition on a TV show!! What? I can't wait to read when the bomb falls because it must! Tayma Tameem is becoming a familiar name on this site, kudos to her! Congrats on BOTD.

Atlas lies to get himself into a career where he is being hailed for his honesty. Well, that's a sticky situation to be in if I ever heard one. I'd love to see how it turns out for him.

I like well-developed characters and good descriptions, but I’m not sure this book is my cup of tea. Even with the humor, I think that the threat of Atlas being found out will be too much tension for me—at least a kind of tension that I don’t usually like reading about. Still, it sounds like a good book for those who like that kind of tension. Thank you for the helpful review.

Atlas sounds like an interesting character. I do hope he comes clean and realizes that honesty is way easier than dishonesty. Thanks for your review.

The description of the characters and the author's writing style is very intricate and interesting. I don't like to read books about dishonesty and deceiving people as it makes me uncomfortable. However, this one seems nice and humorous.

It's really rare to find an exceptional edited and written story from an indie author. This also looks like an emorional roller coaster. I will definitely be reading this. Thanks a lot!

Atlas was really daring to lie about being an excellent cook. I wonder how he managed the situation considering this was on TV.

With everything going on with Atlas, where does Selina figure in the story? Does she find out about Atlas's secret or did she know from the get-go? These are questions I would love to know the answers too. Sounds like a great book.
