I think this book is really full of mysteries. You know what makes you read this book? It's the content of the book like romance, superpowers and finding your own people and community. It looks really amazing. The thing which attracts you the most is the title of this book.

It sounds more like a science fiction novel with romance in it. Or perhaps other fiction. Still, it sounds interesting. I want to know more about these supernatural powers.

I like the book because of the lead character Jinnete and how she relates with her grandma. It will also be interesting reading about the Rastafarian movement. Great review.

Because the title connotes mysteries and secrets, I believe that most people are becoming increasingly interested in learning about everything strange and secretive. These novels are so captivating that it's difficult to put them down after you've begun reading them. These books have the ability to maintain a person's attention till the finish. I am in love with such books.

It looks like there's a lot in this novel besides the romance, and that makes it interesting to me. Thank you for your great review!

I would love to read this novel.
But I like my romance novels with a healthy dose of romance in them, except if they aren't romance novels at all.

Thanks for an interesting review.
Trust me, you are going to enjoy it! Thanks for stopping by :tiphat: :tiphat:

Kavita Shah wrote: 17 Jun 2021, 10:36 The story is beautiful but not with a good ending or editing. The characters sound amazingly defined. It must have been a shock for Jin and your summary tells about the effect Gigi's death had on her. Thank you for a wonderful review!
I was slightly disappointed by the ending but it was overall an amazing novel.
