This book seems quite interesting, I look forward to reading it and finding out how the author dealt with such raw and disturbing themes while developing romance between the protagonists.

From the review I see the book involves tragic and traumatic matters, which unfortunately happen in real life and would trigger a few, but it also addresses these matters and shows how the female lead copes and handles it which may be helpful to some. Nice review.

Sexual abuse is a difficult topic for me and one I don't want to spend free time reading about. The same goes for violence, mutilation, and what I assume is gang rape. I thoroughly enjoyed reading your take on it though. Your writing vividly depicts the story. Have a lovely day.

This novel is quite disturbing ,talking of physical and emotional abuse of women though,I found it necessary to read because of the message it carries.
Such an awesome review. Congrats!

Wow, I was not expecting this book to go in such an intense and disturbing direction when I first clicked. I don't think I will put it on my reading list but it looks very interesting and a thought-provoking read. Well done on the compelling review.
