Same here
When reading enemies to lovers book, I am always on the edge of my seat because the angst is over the top but at the end you know they will still end up together even after the female character suffers a lot at the hands of the male character.

Sometimes, when I'm feeling it, I prefer friend to lovers because it will be cute but enemies to lovers also has its own appeal.

Enemies to lovers books give you the kind of excitement that friends to lovers books can’t provide. These books have me on a rollercoaster of emotions throughout the whole book and it never gets boring.

I love the tension with enemies to lovers as they fight and then ultimately reconcile their feelings. It will have me turning pages well into the night!

i think as long as i remember, i have loved enemies-to-lovers. i once tried my hand at writing a novel on wattpad when i was 14yrs old and tbvh i didnt even know what e-t-l was at that time and i ended up writing a book where the MCs hated each other. like????? what are the odds and then i slowly realized that nothing gives me more thrill than enemies and mafia romances. gahhh i just cant!

Same! I get so upset sometimes my husband wonders if I'm crazy. But honestly I can't help but love enemies to lovers more.

For me, it's definitely friends to lovers. I don't really understand the hype for enemies to lovers. I've read a couple I liked, but most of the time I think there is way too much drama.
