Who was the most annoying character of any book you've read and why?

Do you know that one person in romance books only pops to create drama and everlasting problems? The one that you know is the cause of the third act breakup that should've never occurred if they didn't exist. Also, shallow characters that only exist for comedic relief. Their role could've been given to anyone and honestly, after a while their jokes get boring. There's also this particular brad of characters that have never mingled with the common people, always on their high horse, unaware of what is going on in the world.
