Wow! Although I'm not into romance much, I do love the idea of compressing two books into one. While I will delve into the Looking Glass Friends, with elements of "romance, poetry and philosophy," I'll also have a glimpse from Atlas Shrugged, by Ayn Rand, "whose main topic is the role of man's mind in existence." This sounds stellar! Splendid review! Thanks!

"Looking Glass Friends" by E L Neve came with a mixture of Romance, Emails, Love messages, Beliefs and Poetry.

Ellie and Niel was in search of a soul mate even though they already have their spouse. The tough decision Ellie had to make was to choose between her 5 years old son, her new soul mate and the current big life she enjoyed with her husband Jake.
Neil was not really happy with his wife Fay and had second thought to end his life.
The reader is yet to find out where it all started and how this affair ended.

This sounds like a wonderful read. And your review was a joy to read. "Atlas Shrugged" is one of my favourite books too, and I love that it plays a major role in this book. I'm curious to know how the protagonists handle the moral dilemma they're in. Thanks for the review!

Wow! I don't know which to comment first, it's the book, or the review? Everything just sounds so well furnished and I wouldn't want to waste no time in checking this book out.

This has my mind wondering if both couples having difficulty dealing with their marriage. I didn't like how this story was at the beginning. It's a different setting.

Looking Glass Friends by E L Neve is a romantic novel. I usually don't prefer romance novels. But this one seems not only a romance but also has challenges in life. I am thinking of giving it a chance. Thanks for the free copy.

I was engrossed by the Kindle sample but never suspected that Neil and Ellie would have connected on a level your review suggests. It is refreshing to revisit an era where communication technology was still "new". This book seems to be a wonderful read.

"Looking Glass Friends" by E L Neve shows the lives of Neil and Ellie, their letters to each other, and a whole lot of meaningful quotes from “Atlas Shrugged.” I really appreciate how the author wrote to the point - without beating around the bush about anything.

I feel seemingly handicapped in choosing an accolade befitting this book in the face of so many praises already said. I might be in peril of repeating, echoing, or plagiarizing their lines. But be that as it may, I will still venture to say that this book has gluttonously eaten up the awards. At least, nobody used "gluttonously" yet that I knew, not in this sense. So, need I say more? I am yet just on the reviews, and you might say my knowledge about the matter is, at most, just anecdotal. But I hope to get the facts straight from the horse's mouth once I get to read the book. And that could be soon. Thanks for the interesting review.

I can't really say that I'm much into romantic stories, but now I'm curious how far would Neil and Ellie will go in this relation! What will they choose? The psihological aspect sounds appealing. Thank you for your great review.

We can't really seperate friendship from love.. They work hand in hand.
Neither can one sacrifice happiness for love... A love life should be a happy one...
I would love to read this romantic novel and see how things worked out between the two married. Nice review
