The only way forward for both of them was to take a step back, to deal with the past once and for all.
This was the case of Anna Simmons and Rafe Brown , both victims of rape.
They struggle to overcome their past, their love for each other were their strength, and their friends whom were loyal and supportive.
Their love was been tasted when they found out that peter Preston, who was Anna Simmons rapist, was Rafe father and Rafe's aunt Bella was pregnant, and about getting married to him.
Rafe and Anna will stop at nothing to make sure the marriage doesn't take place. But will they succeed.

Heartache 2 is a story about love, romance friendship and vengeance .it talks about the essence of true friendship and undying love, a quest to becoming whole and free . it gives an insight into the life of victims of rape, and the trauma they go through, the hunting nightmares and the desire to forget the past .

The book was intriguing, full of suspense and inspiring. Their love for each other was inspiring. The pain they felt whenever they are confronted with their past, and the urge to redeem themselves, was something to reckon with, their romance was good, though it was too raw.

The book heartache will inspire those who have lost faith in love, and true friendship. It will help those struggling with the aftermath of rape, giving them the courage to face their fears, it will help those trying to accept who they are, like in the Case of Dan and pat who were gay.

I will strongly recommend an age restriction, due to the erotic scenes
The book seems to be professionally edited, cos there were few errors. I will give it a 4 out of 4 stars. Punctuations were good, and it did not interfere with my reading, description of people, places and events were precise.

This book is about overcoming difficult situations. I truly admire the love, loyalty, and teamwork that developed between Anna and Rafe during this traumatic period. Thank you for a great review.
