Thank you for your insightful review. From what I read of the sample I enjoyed how the author wrote it and the child's point of review. Though l I ke you said it's not from an adult's perspective, but sometimes it's more innocently honest. Some of it might be hard for me to read, but I have decided to at least give it a try.

The book seems really interesting. The book being narrated from a child's perspective makes it more disheartening for me. Because he had to go through so much so early in life.
