Writing Ideas

If you're trying to write anything, such as a review, a report or an essay, or just writing for fun, you should really try to write about something you are truely interested in. If that's not possible, you can always turn to the alternative. Brainstorming. Truthfully, I used to hate brainstorming. I remember in my junior year of high school, my english class had to write an essay every week! And it was always about horrible topics. I mean, what 16/17 year old wants to write about politics, or schooling? I sure didn't. After a while, though, I really grew an interest for brainstorming. My essays were great, too! It's really helpful. If that doesn't work, you can try thinking of the pros and cons of your topic. This works great for persuasive writing. If you need any additional help trying to brainstorm, find a nice, quiet, and peaceful environment. That ALWAYS worked for me.

You know, I think everyone who knew me when I was younger thought I would write. I really really wanted to write a lot - books, or poetry, anything. We went to the Library of Congress and I thought, gosh, I think I would rather just read.
Honestly I should have done something where I could read for a living.
I wish now I had been daring and become an editor.
I think I would have been a good one.
Never have written anything.

Maybe I will try some brainstorming
Who knows? Maybe I will be the American JK Rowling and I will owe it all to you.
