I been texting everyone in my phone list including those who haven't answered for years. Sending links and asking for a review. Even a personal one to me better still on Amazon. Go far two days three sales plus mine

All of these points are valuable, but also …how do you go beyond independently publishing a quality work to gaining momentum in recognition and sales? There are contests, there are promo sites…I think this could use a follow-up post on gaining name recognition.
