New Book

Post by Aklila Kedan »

I have written a book which will observe the period of World War II. It will touch on political issues concerning Africa, the U.S and England. It will also observe the bible and see how it relates to modern events. The book will analysis the nature of the messiah in the scriptures. I believe students will enjoy reading such a book as well as scholars.

Before this thread gets frozen, I strongly recommend that you search for religious oriented publisher -- there are plenty that accept manuscripts straight from the author, without an agent.

Be certain that your book is meticulously proofread and has zero mechanical errors and also re-read your book a few times to ensure that you've done the best job of writing possible. Only then should you submit.

Also be warned about publisher who are "subsidy" (vanity) publishers that charge a reading or edit fee or expect you to help underwrite publication. Send NO MONEY EVER! A legit publisher will never charge a red cent and will instead pay you (maybe not a lot up front but at least a decent royalty on sales).

I don't write religious oriented books but you should be able to find several fine sources for your book -- good luck!
