How a writing to you

I learn English as a foreign language,now I can hear and understand English well,but I have the problem of speaking and writing.A saying goes that he who speaks well write well,so actually this is two questions in one,how can I improve my writing and speaking skill,you can just say what's in your mind and don't mind is it the exact answer.thanks.

English is my second language as well. What I would suggest you is that read a lot, whatever you like. Whether it is fiction, or non-fiction because then you would know as to what are the correct connotations of the words and how to use them etc. And this is not for English language only, its for any language in the world. The more you read, the better you get the ins and outs.
