HA HA HA. It is unlucky. I can't fall asleep at night without enough sedative to tranquilize a small horse.

If possible, I usually try to take a walk. It helps me clear my thoughts. Also, I listen to a lot of music. Music always helps me when I am stuck. If I am really stuck, I will take out a piece of paper and scribble some notes.
