Help with a name.

Post by Santanico »

I need some help from you lovely people. I've been writing a novel for a while now, and I need a little bit of help. It's not integral to the story, but it's something I'm kind of stuck on. I need a name for a veterinary surgery - I'd like some kind of play on words type of thing, but nothing too corny (all I've managed to come up with is "It's a Cat-astrophe", but that's the corny I was talking about.) I want something more along the lines of Wallace and Gromit's pest control company - Anti-Pesto :lol:

Like I said, it's not vital to the story, but it's something that I just can't think of myself.

Traditionally, a veterinary practice is named after the area in which it resides. I think the North Shore Sydney Small Animal Facility is as good as it gets. LOL! Can you rhyme something with the location or town in your story?

What about these ideas: PetPals Practice; PetVet; Vets For Pets; Vet-O-Pet; NoFretVet; Wags & Woofs;
Wag Woof & Hoof Surgery; FurFeatherFins (or 3F); Wagtails has already been taken; PawPets; Paw & Claw;
Creature Comforts; or my own personal favourite, Critters Clinic.

Let me know when you find something!
