Obviously science-fiction. Neither action nor adventure are excluded from typical science fiction; adventure is in fact a common driver in many sub-genres of science fiction. Techno is simply another word for science.
Why do you think your techno science fiction stories where action occurs during the adventure that makes up the scenario are not science fiction?
