How do you get past MASSIVE writer's block?

I used to write all the time. I majored in creative writing in college, and pretty much figured I would go on to write book after book...but it didn't work out that way. I had some pretty bad experiences when submitting some of my work, and I think I was at an age when I was easily hurt. I stopped writing for a long time, too long. I have dabbled in it here and there since then, but can't seem to get past a MASSIVE case of writer's block.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated :)

Start your document with: "This is crap" and then just keep writing whatever comes into your head, even if it is terrible. Once you let go of the fear of writing something terrible, you will be able to get to the good stuff, and go back and edit.
