Short Story Contest!

It is time for another short story contest. But this time the winning stories will be compiled into a anthology book!

The main goal is get the winning writers some great exposure, but we will also share revenue from each sale of the book with the writers.

Stories are due by Feb 1, 2015. That gives a good amount of time to get the word out about this contest and for those interested in competing some time to write and proofread a great story.

Hi Scott! Just noticed that this post is new about half an hour ago. Is the deadline really on Feb 1, 2014? Or is it on Feb 1, 2015?

Probably just a typo and he meant Feb 1, 2015.

Yes, it was a typo. I'm not used to writing 2015 yet. I fixed it.

Hello Scott! I have a question about the short story contest...would I possibly be allowed to have the characters be two men in a relationship? Or is it strictly girl/boy stories?

Two men is fine. Girl/boy is okay. But no lesbians.

I'm just kidding. I don't care as to the gender of the people in your story.

Alright I'm in. Will check theme tonight when kids go to sleep. Less sleep is the only chance for getting things done since I have 3 kids under 4. Let the cream rise to the top.
