It happens sometimes when i am tired and my mind is blocked, i can't think of anything. The best that works is to get a good sleep so you can feel fresh the next day and have a mind full of ideas.

My problem is just the opposite. There are too many things I want to write... but just thinking on someone I know discovery them I want to die. So I spend too much time thinking on ways of making them family friendly and never get publishing nothing. :'(

I must say, there are a lot of ideas on the internet. So if you cannot draw inspiration from yourself or your surroundings, I think it's best to turn to the web. I suggest searching for writing prompts, and from there, you can see a list of different prompts you might be interested in.

I also have a section for historical figures and mythological stories that fascinate me, as well as my favorite writing prompts I’ve pulled off the Internet. Most of the prompts come from either Pinterest or the writing prompts subreddit.
This is a really nice tip. I also suggest a thinking exercise in which every morning, you make a list of ten-something ideas. For instance, you can write 10 ideas about a fantasy crime thriller. Or 10 names for a blue-eyed baby.

Indeed, sometimes my minds just go blank, them I have to read someone else's ideas to recover my own.
