@"Hana Hindrakova" You're welcome :)

Would you all be interested in having another Live Twitter Discussion in a couple weeks?

I thought last night's discussion was a lot of fun. If we set it a couple weeks in advance, maybe even more people can join? :)

Is there any way to set it up as a chat instead for those of us who don't do Twitter and the like? Is that possible on here at all? Just wondering. :shifty:

I definitely want to setup the functionality here at some point, but unfortunately we won't have it for this event.

However, we have an ongoing discussion in this topic. It's basically the same thing except it's ongoing instead of only being about an hour long, and members can post a lot more than one tweet's worth of text.

So I ask members who want to ask questions to the writers in the contest do so in that topic, and then the entrants can answer the question. This is a great for us to get to know the entrants and see who we want to vote for.

I think the Twitter event will also be a good chance to attract a wider audience of people who may not already be registered members of OnlineBookClub.org. Hopefully, right after event, all those people come over to OnlineBookClub.org to continue the discussion on the forums. :)

I have a few writer friends that as a group, we participate in NaNo every year, so I shared with them so maybe they will enter. Though, secretly, I hope they don't because I entered and don't want more competition! lol! Anyway, Thank you Scott for the opportunity and best of luck to everyone.

Great contest. I've never considered myself a writer, but I voted. :)

:text-yeahthat: I agree. The opportunity to vote in this contest is a great way to let those of us who love books but aren't talented writers be involved. I saw some very interesting ideas that have been submitted.

I thought of entering, but I think I'll give it a pass. Perhaps next time. I don't think that I'm ready for something like this yet.

Yes, it would be great if there was a way to look at all of the entrants. I, for one, would really like to read other authors' pitches and see what others are writing about. I agree that this has lit a fire under me to continue working on my book. Good luck, fellow authors!

Oh, and if you are looking to be given an official Sith name, I am your only resource. Tell me a little bit about you and presto! I haven't disappointed anyone yet!

@DaintyFlower7 you should be able to see the other entries on page 2 of the leaderboard. I hope that helps. :)

Also, to everyone else, DaintyFlower7's powers in naming are indeed, um, powerful. She has named me...

@Scott, thank you for this amazing opportunity! I'm low on the totem pole, but just having this as an option inspires me even more to follow with my writing!

I want to give a personal shoutout to @khudecek for pushing me to take this chance. Without her words of encouragement, I don't know if I would've entered. So thank you, khudecek, too! :)
