All the reasons to say to buy physical book that is freely..

Post by bookpro01 »

Please can anyone let me know a list of all the things you can say to readers to buy the physical book that they already downloaded and viewed online for free or read via PDF. I want to know because, it is highly likely that if you convince them to also purchase the physical copy of your free book, they might just bye it!

So anyone has any ideas for doing it (without selling anything with it like bonuses, etc.), don't hesitate to post your comment!

I don't know if there's a good answer for those exact parameters. If the ebook is free, and you include no extras with the physical, then they're paying however much money for paper and a cover picture. I value physical books, but if the difference is between free and ten to twenty dollars, plus shipping, not so much.

I personally would have a sample of however many chapters available for free, and require payment to ship the physical book.

If you have to operate the way you say, then I would stress the value of always having the paper in ready access when computers aren't available, and granted, they often aren't. This would appeal to some travelers, or especially if it's a reference guide, how-to book or something like that.

That's all I can offer... perhaps someone who knows how to sell ice to Eskimos can offer you more.

no one has any idea left in them? All, I am asking for few reasons that you will put in your sale letter to convince others to also buy the paperback copy of the free ebook (without any bonus attached). So, if you just have one or two ideas, please share with us!

Convince them about the benefits of actually holding the book on your palm and flipping through the pages rather than staring at the computer and stressing the eyes. Other than that, I can’t find any other better reason to convince them to buy the book.

If you can convince them about the convenience of reading a physical one.. But then again, why would someone want to pay for something he can get for free?
