For me it's definitely the Harry Potter series. It's still one of my absolute favorites. I constantly listen to the audiobooks on repeat, and I do occasionally pick up on something new, but I wish I could read the series again for the first time. Now having read all the books, I can pick up on the foreshadowing, but there's still something exciting about not knowing what's going to happen.

I honestly wish I could reread the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer with fresh eyes. I remember absolutely devouring that series the first time around! I feel like with her re-imagined book, Life and Death, I got a taste of that first-time-reading feeling.

I definitely wish I could reread Elantris all over again. One of the best stand-alone books I've ever read.
