This review gives a comprehensive account of this book. It would be interesting to read about the witches and their place in society. However, the numerous romantic stories don't appeal to me.

Sounds like a promising story. The witches have a different perspective on arranged marriage. But I don't think I would enjoy it with the comments you made. Your review is detailed and explains all aspects of the book in a wonderful way, as usual. Thank you Gerry

I love fantasy and books about magic. I see great potential in this book but the editing and the monotonous aspects aren't really encouraging. I hope the author takes your opinion and improves the book.

This sounds like a very engaging story, although it seems that there were some repetitive parts that could have been shortened or eliminated to improve the reading experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this book!

This sounds like a unique mix of fantasy and tradition. The idea of tying survival to greenhouse gardening is something I haven’t come across before. The repetitive courtships might be a bit tiring, but the overall concept sounds pretty intriguing. Thanks for the review!

Thanksssss for letting me know, I want to skip this one. This genre is always iffy for me, but if there are a lot of editing mistakes, I know to scan right by it.

Perrone will surely find herself in a bind when her father realizes she is also a witch. In this story, witches are not the villains, instead they have a big responsibility to make sure their community survives. Thank you for your review, I enjoyed reading it.
